Heritage Woods of Noblesville, a new $25 million assisted living and memory care community in Noblesville, Ind., has broken ground. Gardant Management Co. will welcome residents at the end of next year.

The four-story, 105,000 square-foot building, located on more than three acres, will house 124 private studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each of the assisted living apartments will feature a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and grab bars, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning units, and an emergency alert system. Heritage Woods will have a large community room, a private dining room, sun rooms, walking paths in landscaped courtyards, a library, computer lounge, onsite general store, and other amenities.

Part of the community will be dedicated to memory care, catering to older adults with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. Residents in the memory care community will be able to take advantage of a hobby hut, which features several activity areas and living room lounges, a separate salon, covered patio areas, fireplaces in living areas, and a café near an enclosed walking path.

Worn Jerabek Wiltse Architects designed the community, and construction will be completed by Horve Construction.
