Heartis Waco Assisted Living and Memory Care Community has started construction in Waco, Texas. The 70,000-square-foot community is being developed and will be owned by Caddis Partners (Dallas) and managed by Frontier Management (Portland, Ore.).
It will be located adjacent to the Villages at Twin Rivers master-planned community, which includes Twin Rivers Golf Club. Heartis Waco will have a bistro, Internet café and fitness center, as well as many other amenities and special features, including a salon and spa with a therapeutic tub; two interior courtyards; choices in dining; an arts and crafts room; media room; daily specialized activities; and more.
The architect for Heartis Waco is Katus LLC (Austin, Texas) and the general contractor is EBCO General Contractor Ltd. (Cameron, Texas). Construction debt financing is being provided by American National Bank of Texas.
