Construction work for Heartis San Antonio assisted living and memory care community is set to begin soon. The 101-unit, 86,000 square foot project is slated to be completed in the second quarter of 2016.
Developed and owned by Caddis Partners LLC and managed by Frontier Management (Portland, Ore.), the community will feature high-end interior finishes as well as a resort-like environment.
Heartis San Antonio will offer a variety of amenities and special features, including two interior courtyards, multiple activity areas, a large fitness center, landscaped grounds, and more.
The architecture of the new community will be designed to emulate the historic San Antonio mission style with a barrel tile roof and an architectural stone and stucco façade.
The architect for the Heartis community is Katus LLC (Austin, Texas) and the general contractor is EBCO General Contractor Ltd. (Cameron, Texas). Construction debt financing is being provided by American Momentum Bank.
