Heartis Buckhead, a 19-story senior living community planned for Atlanta, has reached a bottoming out milestone with the completion of excavation and shoring activities on the below-grade portion of the project’s parking deck.
The 278,000-square-foot, 213-unit project, managed by Integral Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.), will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Planned amenities include a game room, sky lounge, market café, barbershop, beauty salon, and movie theater.
The project team includes Caddis (developer; Dallas) and Brasfield & Gorrie (construction; Atlanta). It is slated to open in 2022.
