The Healthcare Resort of Olathe, a new transitional care center, has opened its doors in Olathe, Kan. The community provides short-stay rehabilitation, therapy, and assisted living services.
The 68,353-square-foot facility houses 100 beds and hospitality-oriented amenities such as a large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a putting green, spa, movie theatre, and on-site chef.
Construction on the $16.4 million project started in July 2014 and the community was completed in October 2015. Mainstreet is the developer on the project and The Ensign Group, Inc. is the operator.
