Hayes Barton Place Readies For 2024 Opening In Raleigh, North Carolina

The CCRC will house 169 independent living units as well as assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing.

Construction is on track for a 2024 opening of Hayes Barton Place, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), in Raleigh, N.C.

Liberty Senior Living (Wilmington, N.C.) is the owner and operator of the community, which will comprise 169 independent living units, 24 flats, and nine townhomes. Assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing will be housed on three floors of the CCRC, according to a news release.

Resident amenities will include a golf simulator, fitness center, and multiple dining options.

Outdoor amenities will include a pickleball court, croquet lawn, bocce ball court, open-air pavilion, music venue, community garden, and firepit.

The project team will comprise architect LS3P (Raleigh).

Construction on Hayes Barton Place broke ground in October 2022.
