Owned and operated by Liberty Senior Living (Wilmington, N.C.), Hayes Barton Place (Raleigh, N.C.) has officially become a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) with the addition of Bloomsbury at Hayes Barton Place in Raleigh, according to a news release.
Within the 7-acre Hayes Barton Place campus, Bloomsbury at Hayes Barton Place adds 85 units to the community, offering assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation options.
The existing community also includes 214 independent residential units in apartments, flats, and terraces. Amenities housed in a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse include a salon and spa, fitness center with saltwater pool and hot tub, fine and casual dining venues, a library, movie theater, and art rooms. Outdoor amenities include pickleball courts and walking paths.
