Silverstone Healthcare Co., is kicking off its business with a project in West Plano, Texas. The company founded by former Crescent Real Estate executives, plans to build a series of senior living communities in Texas and elsewhere. The first development is HarborChase of Plano.
Alberts said the project, with financial backing from clients of L&B Realty Advisors LLP, will take about a year to build. Texas Capital Bank financed the project, which was designed by BOKA Powell and Interior Design Associates. Rogers O’Brien is the general contractor.
Along with the Plano HarborChase project, Silverstone is working on another community in Southlake and has developments pending in Florida, Maryland and Virginia. To operate the new projects, Silverstone has formed a strategic alliance with Harbor Retirement Associates, a Florida-based senior housing firm.
