Plans are underway for a new resort-style senior living community in Dayton, Ohio.
Guttman Properties (Cincinnati) along with Civitas Senior Living (Fort Worth, Texas) will develop The Grand of Sugarcreek, a new luxury senior living community located on nearly 10 acres.
The Grand of Sugarcreek will offer 220 independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences. Construction work is expected to begin in the later part of the first quarter of 2018, with construction lasting approximately 15 months.
The senior living community will offer amenities such as an on-site salon, indoor and outdoor dining option, and a landscaped courtyard with outdoor entertainment spaces including a community garden, an arbor, amphitheater, outdoor kitchen, and dog park. In addition, there will be common indoor spaces like the bistro coffee bar, clubhouse, theatre, and game room for residents to socialize.
Guttman Properties and Civitas Senior Living will own the property and Civitas will handle the daily operation.
