Gulf Coast Village announced the opening of Palmview, a new assisted living and memory support residence. The community welcomed more than 50 residents during opening week to the 130,980-square-foot residence located on the Gulf Coast Village campus in Cape Coral, Fla.
Palmview is part of the Gulf Coast Village community, a continuing care retirement community that offers the full continuum of care for adults over 62, encompassing independent living, assisted living, specialized memory support, skilled nursing, outpatient services and home health care.
Palmview offers one-bedroom or two-bedroom residences, featuring kitchens with modern appliances, walk-in closets, some with washer/dryers, cooktops and dishwashers, and all include a smart TV with complimentary Wi-Fi. Memory Support residences offer private suites with full-private baths. Amenities at Palmview include a media room for entertaining with drop screens for videos, movies or presentations, six on-site dining venues and several recreational areas where residents can participate in a variety of events and programs.
Inspired from the natural elements of the Florida coastline, the new assisted living and memory care residences at Gulf Coast Village is designed as a place where residents can discover a mix of opportunities, encouraging an active lifestyle.
