Northstar Commercial Partners recently acquired and broke ground on a 1.56-acre vacant parcel of land in Denver's Stapleton neighborhood.
Northstar will develop the property into an assisted living and memory care senior living community. It will feature 58 assisted living and 16 memory care units and is slated to open in spring 2017.
The development will be a new construction project of an approximately 63,283-square-foot building catering to residents who require assistance for day-to-day activities and those who need memory loss care.
