Greengate has completed its new $120 million senior living and retirment village in the suburb of Kogarah, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
St Patrick’s Green, a 226,042-square-foot, high-rise development includes three buildings set above a two-level shared basement car park.
The senior living community features 104 independent living units, as well as 92 assisted living suites in a variety of configurations.
Amenities include a landscaped courtyard and colonnade, café and terrace, lounge, theatrette, dining room, hair salon, and gym, as well as rehabilitation and training facilities.
The contractor on the project is Multiplex.
