Greengate has selected Brookfield Multiplex to deliver the $60 million, 226,042-square-foot St. Patrick’s Green Aged Care and Retirement Village in Kogarah, Australia.
The new development will include three buildings set above a two-story shared basement car park and will comprise 105 independent living units, as well as a 92-room residential aged-care facility that has the capacity for 100 beds.
St. Patrick’s Green will feature a communal lawn green and colonnade, commercial kitchen and laundry, a resident café and terrace, lounge, movie theater, dining, hair salon and gym, as well as rehabilitation and training facilities.
Construction of St Patrick’s Green Aged Care and Retirement Village is scheduled for completion by late-2017.
