Renovations have wrapped up at Greenfield Acres, a nine-story senior living and independent living community in Greenfield, Mass.
The 86,000-square-foot senior living community features 94 spacious apartments and common areas that include comfortable lounges, a computer lab, an exercise area, an outdoor patio for seasonal dining, and other amenities.
Owned by Greenfield Acres LLC, and operated by PCE Management, affiliates of the Congress Cos., the community was designed by Siemasko & Verbridge Architects. Construction was led by The Congress Cos.
Greenfield Acres was completed under a financing program including a collaborative effort of MassHousing, United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the U.S. Treasury.
