Ryan Cos. US Inc. (Minneapolis) and Grand Living (Minneapolis) will soon start construction work a $40 million, 171-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care project in Jacksonville, Fla., according to Jax Daily Record.
Grand Living at Tamaya, a four-story, 200,000-square-foot senior living community is expected to be completed in spring 2019 and will offer a vareity of amenities.
