Frontier Management Plans New Community

The Texas independent and assisted living community will feature a heated pool, outdoor fireplaces, and bistros.

Frontier Management (Dallas and Portland, Ore.) is planning a new independent and assisted living community in Spring, Texas, according to an article in Chron.

The Landing at Augusta Woods Senior Living will include 125 apartments, 75 independent living units in a two-story building, and 45 assisted living units in a single-story building.

Amenities include a heated pool, outdoor fireplaces, bistros, and restaurant-style dining.

The project team includes Jeffrey DeMure & Associates (architect; Granite Bay, Calif.), Regent Construction (general contractor; Fort Worth, Texas), and UCB (financer). It is slated to open by April 2021.
