Owner Bonaventure (Arlington, Va.) and manager Solvere (Richmond, Va.) are planning a new active adult waterfront community, Aspire at East Beach, in Norfolk, Va.
The four-story, 132-unit will feature studio, one-, and two-bedroom units that will include patios and balconies.
Amenities will include an indoor pool, fitness center, art studio, salon and spa, theater, library, game room, private gardening areas, and multiple dining venues, including outdoor dining with a fire pit. The campus will also have walkways to a nearby marina and beach along the Chesapeake Bay.
The project team includes J. Price Architecture (architecture; Liberty, Mo.). The community is slated to open in summer 2021.
