Four Seattle Senior Living Communities Complete Major Remodeling Projects

Construction work on the communities, owned by Capitol Seniors Housing, included additions or renovations of amenity spaces, interior work, and more.

Capitol Seniors Housing has completed major remodeling work on four of its senior living communities in the Seattle area. Northgate Plaza, Mountlake Terrace, The Creekside, and Island House received upgrades and underwent renovations, including the residential suites.

Each senior living community received significant remodeling or space configurations including additions or renovations of wine/coffee bistro areas, activity spaces, fitness rooms, game rooms and libraries. Interior work included new furniture, fixtures, flooring, paint, cabinets and lighting upgrades. Community exteriors received fresh paint and landscaping. Residential suite renovations included new paint, flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and light fixtures.

The communities are operated by MBK Senior Living.
