The former Memorial Hermann Hospital will be transformed into a new luxury assisted living community in Katy, Texas, according to an article in Community Impact.
The 90-unit Vibrant Senior Living will include a dining hall, beauty salon, massage room, fitness room, laundry room, library, chapel, fitness room, snack shop, theater, and concierge room. Two outdoor green areas are also planned.
It’s expected to open in late 2021 or early 2022.
Magnificent Development and Construction (Houston) is the developer on the project.
