Healthcare and service management nonprofit organization Forefront Living (Dallas) is planning a senior living community in Plano, Texas, according to an article in Community Impact.
The Outlook at Windhaven will include 153 independent-living units, 30 independent-living cottage homes, 32 assisted-living apartment homes, and 24 memory care units.
Amenities will include multiple dining locations, a pharmacy, exercise rooms, beauty salon, and walking paths.
Construction is expected to begin in late 2022.
