American House Senior Living Communities (Macedonia, Ohio) and developer Prevarian Senior Living (Dallas) are partnering to open a new senior living community in St. Petersburg, Fla., according to an article in Tampa Bay Times.
The 165-unit community will feature 66 independent living units, 66 assisted living units, and 33 memory care units in a country club-style setting.
Amenities include a bistro, heated swimming pool, game lounge, library, spa, fitness and wellness center, and shuffleboard courts.
The opening is slated for December 2020.
