Flatirons Health and Rehabilitation (Louisville, Colo.), a skilled nursing and rehabilitation project recently opened.
Completed by The Neenan Co. in partnership with client Physicians Development Group (PDG), the 44,000-square-foot, two-story, skilled inpatient rehabilitation facility includes 45 private patient rooms, lounges, two dining rooms, in-house therapy, a chapel, and an administration area.
The project provides short-term skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services designed to rehabilitate and transition patients back to their homes safely.
The majority of the common areas are located in a two-story central core area with views of a courtyard. The common areas of each patient floor include an open kitchen design with spacious dining areas as well as living and activity spaces.
