Firewheel Senior Living Residences Breaks Ground

Construction is underway at Firewheel Senior Living Residences, a 154-unit, 171,572-square-foot upscale senior living community near Firewheel Golf Course in Garland, Texas. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2018.

The four-story complex will offer stainless steel appliances, wood-like flooring, modern LED lighting, wood cabinets, granite counters and brushed nickel or chrome fixtures in its one- or two-bedroom apartments. There will be an oversized ballroom with a kitchen, buffet station, private dining area, comfort lounges and multiple rest areas throughout the building. Outdoor amenities will include a salt water resort pool, two courtyards, multiple grilling stations and a spacious dog park with a fountain.

KWA Construction, a general contractor specializing in multi-family developments, is working with Seneca Investments and architect David Kirch to build the project.
