Maple Grove City Council (Maple Grove, Minn.) has approved plans for a new affordable senior living community in Maple Grove, according to hometownsource.com.
The 90-unit, 55+ community will comprise a 3-story building with 12 studio units, 12 two-bedroom units, and 62 one-bedroom units.
The project team includes developer PGMA Development Partners (Minneapolis, Minn.) and operator Ebenezer Senior Living (Edina, Minn.).
