The Gallery at Fort Collins continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Fort Collins, Colo., announced plans to open this spring, according to a news release.

The 4-story, 137,800-square-foot community houses 144 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, according to a news release from owner/operator Experience Senior Living (Denver). Residential units include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans.

The community’s three dining venues, overseen by a chef-directed culinary team, include a high-end, hotel-style restaurant, a pub and game room, and a sky lounge.

Other amenities include a courtyard garden, art studios, library, community room, salon, theater, and two-story grand hall with a fireplace and grand piano.

The project team includes Vaught Frye Larson Architects (designer; Fort Collins, Colo.), Brinkmann Constructors (general contractor; Aurora, Colo.), and development partner Nuveen Real Estate (New York).
