Senior housing operator Experience Senior Living (ESL; Denver) has started construction on The Gallery at Roland Park, a new 3-story senior living community in Baltimore, according to a news release.
The community will consist of 111 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Amenities will include two restaurants, a piano lounge, fitness center, salon and spa, and activity/game rooms.
ESL is a division of privately-owned diversified healthcare real estate development, investment, and management firm NexCore Group (Denver). The project team also includes Arrive Architecture Group (architect; Bedford, Texas) and Seniors by Design (interior designer; Dallas).
The community is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.
