Eventide Senior Communities (Moorhead, Minn.) is planning the Eventide Senior Living Community in Detroit Lakes, Minn., according to the website dl-online.com.
The 119-unit community will include 75 independent living units with one- to three-bedroom options; 24 assisted living units with one- and two-bedroom options; and 20 memory care units with studio options up to 554 square feet.
Amenities will include a dining room, bistro , club lounge, roof-top patio, movie theater, wellness suite, and 1,250-square-foot pavilion.
Pope Design Group (St. Paul, Minn.) is the architect and interior designer on the project.
