Evanshire Senior Living LLC (Ceres, Calif.) received city government approval to build a new 4-story assisted living senior community in Ceres, Calif., according to The Ceres Courier.
On a 2-acre site, the project will house 81 units in a building design inspired by the French Colonial architecture of the neighboring Evanshire Mansion, which was built in 1902 and now is an events center with a park and gardens.
