Erickson Senior Living (Catonsville, Md.) has completed an expansion of Linden Ponds, a senior living community in Hingham, Mass., according to a news release from Callahan Construction, the construction manager on the project.
The 59,000-square-foot project adds Granit Commons, a 2-story, 50-unit assisted living building with amenity spaces including a games lounge, library, media room, fitness area, and restaurant. Floor plans for the new units range from studio to one- and two-bedroom.
