Environments for Aging is now accepting nominations for its 4th annual Dining Competition, which celebrates the best dining spaces in senior living.
To submit a senior living dining space, reservations are due by May 9. Eligible projects then have until May 23 to deliver presentations for judging.
The program is open to architecture and design firms, senior living communities and owners/operators, food service consultants, and other key project team members involved in the design of dining spaces. Vendors are not eligible.
Eligible projects entail new construction, remodels and renovations, and projects in progress with renderings. With the exception of those in progress, projects must have been completed after December 2023. Dining spaces that have been submitted to other EFA competitions, such as Design Showcase or Remodel/Renovation, are eligible as long as they meet completion date requirements.
The winners of the competition will be featured in a special supplement published by Environments for Aging and celebrated at the 2027 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo set for April 12-14 in Charlotte, N.C.
