Edgewood Senior Solutions Group (North Andover, Mass.) is planning a new 62+ continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Londonderry, N.H.
The Baldwin will feature 190 independent living units and on-site healthcare services, including a medical clinic, personal care and home healthcare services, and short-term rehabilitation.
Amenity spaces include a fitness center, multiple dining venues, an art studio and gallery, woodworking shop, library, classrooms, and underground parking. Some community amenities, including a spa and salon, convenience store, and dining venues, will be open to the public.
