Developer Avesta Housing (Portland, Maine) opened Edgewater Village, an affordable senior living community, in Farmington, Maine, according to newscentermaine.com.
The $9.5 million project comprises a 2-story building housing 25 one-bedroom units for residents ages 55 and older. Residential units feature full kitchens, accessible bathrooms, and wide doorways.
