Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center will begin work on the design of its 54 assisted living and 18 memory care units in the center's Brush, Colo. senior living community.
The improvement project, which spans 54,000 square feet, will modernize Eben Ezer's assisted living services while maintaining the context of the existing campus and buildings. The center will feature traditional red brick, combined with alternating exposure lap siding.
The new assisted living and memory care building will also have a gardening room with direct access to the grounds outside, giving residents the opportunity to participate in activities such as gardening, painting, and other artistic pursuits. Quiet rooms will also be incorporated.
OZ Architecture has been selected for the design.
