East Ridge at Cutler Bay recently celebrated the grand opening of the new $70 million Three Palms Health Center in Cutler Bay, Fla.
The Three Palms Health Center offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation under one roof. Additionally, the building offers health services and medical offices of Baptist Health Medical, a new dining room and bistro for independent living residents, and laundry facilities.
The new Three Palms at East Ridge has been a collaboration involving the residents and SantaFe Senior Living (sponsor and management entity), AG Architecture (architect), Lecesse Construction(general contractor), and Bridget Bohacz + Associates Inc. (interior designer)
East Ridge pursued LEED certification and accomplished more than the minimum requirement, receiving a LEED Platinum rating under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Home program. It features low-emitting materials including carpeting and paint, as well as thermally efficient energy and water, and more. Steven Winter Associates Inc. was the LEED provider and rater for the community.
