Eagle’s Trace, an Erickson Living community, recently unveiled plans for its newest four-story residence building called Amarillo Terrace in Houston. When completed, Amarillo Terrace will add 29 one-bedroom apartments and 79 two-bedroom apartments to the community.
Scheduled to open in fall 2016, Amarillo Terrace will offer 17 new floor plans with open-concept living areas, storage spaces, and a patio, balcony, or screened-in porch fo most units, according to Pam Burgeson, sales director. The style of the new residence building reflects Texas Tuscan, with natural stonework, reclaimed wood, and iron scrollwork.
Apartments will feature contemporary finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and specialty flooring and lighting options, as well as full-size washers and dryers. Amarillo Terrace offers a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans with lake views in most residences.
