Dominion Senior Living has started construction on a 50,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Richmond, Ky., as part of the Meridian Way master-planned community.
The $8 million faith-based community will provide care for up to 84 residents and is expected to open in early 2017.
The community will house therapy and wellness programs, sensory gardens, and Dominion’s specially created memory care program.
