Dominion Senior Living Plans Expansion To Kentucky

<p><a href="http://www.dominionseniorliving.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dominion Senior Living</a> (Knoxville, Tenn.) plans to start construction on a 50,000-square-foot faith-based assisted living and memory care community, called Dominion Senior Living of Richmond, in Richmond, Ky.</p><p>The two-story community will accommodate 84 residents and will be part of the Meridian Way master-planned community, with senior-related businesses surrounding the senior living community. It’s expected to open by early 2017.</p>

Dominion Senior Living (Knoxville, Tenn.) plans to start construction on a 50,000-square-foot faith-based assisted living and memory care community, called Dominion Senior Living of Richmond, in Richmond, Ky.

The two-story community will accommodate 84 residents and will be part of the Meridian Way master-planned community, with senior-related businesses surrounding the senior living community. It’s expected to open by early 2017.

The community will include a large courtyard with picnic areas, games, walking paths, and sensory gardens designed with features to engage residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Residents will have access to medication management, on-site physician services, and medical services coordination, as well as, other caregiving services.
