Dallas Retirement Village Plans Expansion

The 60,000-square-foot addition includes 29 new independent living units, a rooftop patio, and fitness facilities.

The phase 2 expansion is underway at the Lodge Residences independent living neighborhood, part of Dallas Retirement Village, an independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation community in Dallas, Ore.

The 60,000-square-foot expansion will add 29 independent living units, an indoor/outdoor rooftop patio, indoor pool, spa, and fitness facilities.

Phase 1 of the expansion opened in 2016, with 40 residential units, a restaurant, coffee bar, guest suite, library, and theater. The project features a craftsman exterior and an interior design featuring a homelike aesthetic.

The project team includes LRS Architects (architect; Portland, Ore.), Deacon Construction (construction; Portland), and Cannon Management (project manager; Portland).
