Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida has selected Stevens Construction as construction manager of the continuing care retirement community’s Memory Care Residences project.
Stevens Construction will be providing preconstruction and construction management services for Cypress Cove’s 37,940-square-foot, two-story, 44 private room residence.
The project will occur while the 470-residency retirement community remains operational.
The Memory Care Residences will be built adjacent to The Lodge at Cypress Cove, the community’s 64 private room skilled nursing center. Slated to begin in January of 2015, the new structure is expected to be completed in 2016.
Cypress Cove has selected SFCS as the architect-of-record. GMK Associates have been selected as the project’s interior design group.
