Spectrum Retirement LLC (Denver) has begun construction on its newest senior living community in Eugene, Colo. Crescent Park Senior Living will be located in area with golf courses, medical facilities, and shopping close by.
The 116,000-square-foot, three-story building will include 119 senior apartments ranging in size from studio suites to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot units. Apartments are leased month to month, with no buy-in fee required.
Crescent Park willalso feature a wide variety of health and wellness programs for residents of Crescent Park and the local area. It will offer a range of dining choices, including an elegant restaurant featuring regional favorites and a European-style bistro.
Catamount Constructors is the general contractor and Vessel Architecture & Design is the architect.
