Covenant Care, a Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based post acute care provider with 57 locations nationwide, has rolled out an Enhanced Dining service that includes the redesign of its dining rooms and an expanded menu.
The upgraded dining rooms have a more café-like setting, with fine table linens, china, glassware, and centerpieces.
Sixteen Covenant Care facilities have rolled out the Enhanced Dining service, with more than 30 expected to make the updates by the end of 2015.
