Construction of The Cottage at Cypress Cove, HealthPark’s 45,000-square-foot, two-story memory care community, is completed.
The Cottage features four households, each with a country kitchen, dining room, living room, parlor, and 11 private residences with private bathrooms.
The 550-residency community is located at the HealthPark campus in Fort Myers, Fla., and remained operational during the construction.
The second floor houses a beauty salon, spa, and multi-purpose room. Outside, the community features a tropical outdoor garden and courtyard featuring a rain chain waterfall, dancing water jets, low-impact flooring, gardening sinks, and a rooftop garden.
Stevens Construction (Fort Myers, Fla.) was the contractor on the project and SFCS (Charlotte, N.C.) served as architect of record.
