Plans for a new senior living development in St. Cloud, Minn., are underway, according to a press release.
Ryan Companies US Inc. will develop, design, and build the project which includes 138 units of independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Great Lakes Management will be the operator of the property once the project is complete in early 2020.
Project amenities will include multiple dining venues, bistro, club room, library, activities room, salon, a wellness area with fitness and medical consultation rooms, and a large gathering space for performances and community events.
The project is yet to be named.
