Justus Rental Properties Inc. has unveiled plans for a new brand of luxury apartments in their senior living portfolio. Woodland Terrace of Carmel in Carmel, Ind., will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care options to seniors and their families and is expected to begin serving residents in the summer of 2016.
The $30 million senior living community is built to provide a variety of senior lifestyle options, personalized care, and hospitality services to its residents.
Casual and fine dining options include a pub, a bistro, and a rooftop terrace. Floor plans feature studios and one bedroom apartment homes, with a limited number of two bedroom penthouse suites. Wi-Fi and concierge technology will be available throughout the community and every apartment home.
