Indiana-based Mainstreet and Dallas-based Greenbrier Development, LLC have contracted with Adolfson & Peterson Construction to build a new Next Generation® Medical Resort™ in Waco, Texas.
Designed by PRDG Architecture, the 75,743-square-foot, two-story medical resort will offer 30 well-timed assistance apartments and 74 Recovery Suites™.
The project will be located on a 6-acre site and once construction in completed, The Ensign Group will operate the resort.
