A new 115,000-square-foot, independent living, assisted living, and memory care senior living community will be built in the Flying Horse neighborhood in Colorado Springs, Colo., reports The Colorado Springs Business Journal.
Civitas Senior Living and StoneCreek Real Estate Partners are partnering on StoneCreek of Flying Horse which is expected to complete construction in 2020. The project team includes D2 Architecture (architect), Senior By Design (interior and exterior designer), and Brinkmann Constructors (general contractor).
