ClearPath Senior Holdings (Webster Groves, Mo.) broke ground for its new $6 million senior living facility in Maryville, Mo. Oak Pointe of Maryville is a licensed assisted living and memory care facility.
Oak Pointe’s residential assisted living apartments will feature kitchenettes and individual climate control in each unit. The facility will be pet-friendly offering restaurant-style meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry, activity and social programs and more.
The memory care wing will provide Alzheimer and memory loss residents with an individualized and comfortable environment with social activities and programs designed to help keep the residents engaged and active.
The community will offer all residents a 24-hour concierge and reception area, a private dining area large enough to accommodate family and special occasions, a wellness center with space for physician visits and therapy services, courtyard and garden areas, a crafts and hobby room, a full-service beauty and barber salon, and free resident and guest parking.
Partnering with ARCO Construction Co. Inc., on the construction of Oak Pointe of Maryville is GMA Architects, interior designer FF&E, civil engineer Snyder & Associates, structural engineer KPFF, and electrical and mechanical engineer G&W Engineering.
The community will be managed and operated by Provision Living (St. Louis).
