The Hacienda at The River is under construction in Tucson, Ariz. The new community will offer assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitative, and hospice care in an environment designed to feel like a guest ranch.
The eight-acre site is a vacant horse property and the new community will incorporate integrative programs and therapies, including on-site equine and horticultural therapy programs.
Designed by RTKL (Los Angeles) and Indevco Architects (Tucson), The Hacienda at The River is being developed by Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson) and will feature four “Hacienda Homes,” for AL and MC, which can accommodate 15-18 residents each. Short- and long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative care will be offered at “The Springs.”
