Kepler Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation (Elizabethville, PA), part of Zenith Care Health Group, will soon begin construction on its new project. The skilled nursing facility currently has 40 certified beds. The new Kepler Center will feature 90 certified beds in a figure eight in a one-story building layout that will have three nurses' stations—one in the center and one on either end of the building , giving each station 30 residents.
Situated on 19.5 acres of property, the 52,070-square-foot facility will also house more activity space throughout each wing, two courtyards, a 2,025-square-foot dining room, 22 private rooms, 18 semi-private rooms, and 16 double rooms.
In addition, the new building will offer a 2,500-square-foot therapy gym that includes an Activities of Daily Living training suite which will open to a courtyard for outdoor use.
