Construction is more than 80 percent complete at Watercrest Winter Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in Winter Park, Fla.
Officials at Watercrest Senior Living Group and Titan Development Real Estate Fund say the 107-unit, resort-style senior living community by Walker and Co. is scheduled to open in late 2019.
Watercrest Winter Park will offer 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments with amenities.
This is the second senior living development project partnered between Watercrest and Titan Development. Their first project, Watercrest Columbia Assisted Living and Memory Care, is preparing to welcome residents this fall.
